It is a part of a nice private house. The room is clean and in good condition. The check in was a little bit special, because no one was home and after one hour waiting we went for dinner at first.

Not really a b and b. Arranged check in time with landlady, she did not turn up. Told to go and get dinner (we had cycled over 90 miles and wanted a shower first). Was only able to use kitchen for 10 mins. Room felt like a spare junk room.

exelent place to stay in wilmslow ,very comfortable,clean and very homely .very friendly and welcoming owner .i will be staying here for as long as i'm working in wilmslow and i would not hesitate to recomend the tulip tree to any one looking for some were to stay in machester .lovely little place i would much rather stay here than in a hotel.
