Visited for a Groupon afternoon tea deal. Nice premises and the staff were very attentive and courteous. The choice and standard of the afternoon tea was better than the average. Definitely eight out of ten.
Lovely hotel, rooms spotlessly clean, everything you need, bar reasonably priced the breakfast in the morning was very good plenty of choice, it all looked fresh and appetising.What make this hotel exceptional is their staff, everyone we came across friendly, polite, professional, nothing was too much trouble and all had a smile on their face, a credit to best Western
The staff make or break a stay and the staff here are great. Rooms clean and comfortable...include good TVs and a proper coffee maker too!All in all - a great place to stay.
Attended a lovely family wedding here on 20/10/18, a fabulous day from start to finish. I have to say the Pinewood did a great job on all counts. Weve had other family events here and have always enjoyed them. What makes this hotel special though is the staff.All are professional, friendly and helpful and are the best weve encountered in hotels and restaurants for some time. I ordered food here whilst shooting a wedding - and what was really convenient was that the kitchen was still open when the wedding breakfast was being served - this is not always the case at wedding venues. The burger was amazing! Well cooked but still juicy - and I had a Manchester tart for dessert which was delicious. It also arrived quickly which was helpful.The grounds of this venue are great for portraits and wedding group shots and even if its been raining the gardens are still usable as the ground seems to drain well. Ill definitely be returning here to enjoy the food again!
