Such a great day today at Mottram Hall, Cheshire for their wedding showcase. Lovely to meet so many couples and talk wedding cakes.
Very nice hotel. The staff was polite and helpful. Just stayed one night for a company do. From what I could tell the room vary widely in size. Its a huge hotel with beautiful grounds.
Could be better....Team are very good Customer Care exceptional had a number problems that were dealt with at the time of stay. Though the property is getting very tired it's not the once leading great hotel of Cheshire that it use to be....hopeful under the new ownership and investment it will be soon back to what it should be
Room was lovely , great shower and very clean , the location is stunning....food was poor and breakfast , in particular , was very disappointing , a not very good buffet when you are paying 150 per night.....? Room service was poor and cost 5 even though it was late and food was cold and of poor quality . Nice friendly staff but someone needs to take a strategic view of the catering .
