Room was nice and big but was extremely hot at night while it was freezing outside. A window was broken so couldn't open all window and had to leave the noisy fan on overnight. Shower curtain was quite new but a big blood hand mark was on it. Ashamed we saw that in the morning otherwise could have to ask staff to change it or something. Now I couldn't forget that, it's disgusting!Phoned front desk over 10 times but never anyone pick up the phone.Restaurants food was very salty and overcooked but quite pricey.
We staid over night for flight in the morning. Reception were friendly and very helpful...also bar staff. Food was great! This was the second time of staying here...would highly recommend this hotel.
Great location for the airport. Very friendly check in staff. Room very clean. Pool and spa very nice and also clean. Would stay again.
Stayed the night before flying out of Manchester Airport, leaving the car in the hotel car park for our two week absence. Parking spaces were hard to find - apparently not uncommon here. There was a large family party taking place in the hotel but fortunately we were not disturbed by this. The room was fine, and we left too early for breakfast. Our overall impression was of a hotel in need of some TLC.
Had a nice stay here overnight before a flight next morning. Lovely staff. Room was good and had a meal in the restaurant there. Had the 20 special 3 course meal which was lovely. Would recommend...
