I have given this Guest House of five star rating because they are so friendly I've never stayed anywhere like this before. I was attending an event at my friend's house. they allowed us to check in early as we had had a long journey from the West Midlands and needed to change. they have a fridge in reception with free water which is very welcoming also there were biscuits in the room tea coffee and shower gel for us it was like home from home. Well done guys.

Very quiet and friendly place, off the beaten track! Very clean room, and facilities good! A bit too much pink in my room for my liking, but good to have some personality!!! Will be back!

We stayed at Heatherlea after our original hotel was cancelled at the last minute. Heatherlea luckily were able to offer us rooms we needed, and Diane the manager went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable with nice decoration. We had everything we needed in the rooms, coffee, tea, biscuits, clean towels, clean bathroom.Our room also overlooked a very pretty garden.Thank you for a lovely stay!
