Great place to work out
3 1/2 Handforth.Good enough.Pros- Good amenities eg. sauna, aroma room, steam- Lots of parking- Lots of machines for weights and cardio.- 4 squat racks, 2 smiths, 4 flat bench press ofc lots of benchs for free weight.- Looks clean and new.ConJust one but its kind of big enough to not rate even 4.Free weights are every where. Dumbbells and plates. There is no sense of organisation or even promoting of.I am sure if they had labels for where weights go, it would help and maybe a bit more pushing towards organisation from the gym members.Staff RARELY clean up the weights but I don't blame them at the same time. It is pretty bad.I feel like people would be in and out faster if they knew a person was done with a certain equipment plus not de racking things they can't handle.Matter of safety as well.If you are use to that environment go for it. I will just go during early morning to dodge the bigger mess.
