I go here regularly as I am a member. Decent size pool with Jacuzzi steam room and sauna. They also supply towels if you don't have one and the staff are very friendly.
The Christmas meal was very good, lovely table setting, plus the staff looks after us all very well.

Joined on a really good offer and find the staff to be friendly and the facilities to be good enough for my needs. My only complaint would be the mens changing rooms are freezing.
Recently re-joined and am sad to see how far downhill this place has gone. The men's changing rooms are dirty and run-down (as are the women's, from what I've heard) and the soap dispensers are usually empty, so I have to bring my own. The manager is also quite rude and unhelpful and seems to be more interested in gossiping or looking at her phone than assisting customers.A shame, really, as this used to be a very pleasant place to go.
