Absolutely the most inefficiently run pharmacy in the UK!! Appalling and inept service, incorrect dispensing on almost every occasion. Stock-piling class 2 controlled substances thus creating quantities of uncontrolled substances contrary to procedure. Reported for immediate inspection. Do NOT use!!
Popped in after a dog walk with really bad hay fever symptoms. I didnt have my wallet so I was hoping to grab a nasal spray and pay with Apple Pay. Theyre still not set up to even take contactless, let alone via an iPhone. The staff were unhelpful, verging on rude.

Absolutely horrendous chemist the worst I have ever been to in uk and Australia . Totally inept and made a routine trip to pick medications up a very traumatic experience!I have complex health issues and on oxygen so getting out is hard and takes all my energy to be treated so badly by a chemist is unacceptable and I will be writing a complaint . I waited an hour and a half from putting my script in after being told it would be 30 mins and I am yet to receive an order I put in 3 days ago . Other people waiting in the store 5 hrs .
