Why don't your pharmacy staff answer the phone? I have wasted so much time waiting for them to answer. After calling Altrincham, three times over two days trying to get an answer. They told me that they didn't do travel vaccinations but Wilmslow or Knutsford did. I then tried Wilmslow, after hanging on their line for a long time they said they didn't do them to try Knutsford or Handforth Dean who eventually did answer after quite a while. Eventually an appointment has been made.Update your web page so that people can see exactly who does this service, and get the staff to answer the phone. Is my suggestion.
Not a particularly friendly or customer orientated pharmacist. Didnt call me back at the arranged time, when I called back in I was rushed through questions and the call was needed whilst I was still speaking. I was told to google it on at least one occasion in response to a complex question. Considering I was asking about a childs vaccination for travel, I was left feeling very much unsupported.
Great store larger than most but the staff (especially at the fragrance) are unhelpful and most times blatantly rude. I wont bore people with the details but the service was so poor that we went to a different retailer. Maybe Boots dont provide customer service training to all staff or they need to review it for updating.
go to pay and present my boots card to the man at the till and i ask if i can spend my points, first he says i can only spend half of my points i asked why that was and he basically said thats simply how it is and then he asks me which item i wanted to not pay for because apparently i cannot use any of my points because the items i wanted to buy were over the points balance i had. thought this was odd so i just paid for the items without points and went on the boots website and in fact i can use all of my points and if i were to buy an item higher than the points balance it would simply be deducted from the total. I have spent my points on items that were above my points balance before and had no problems in other boots, they simply deducted the points i had to the total. not sure if this employee was misinformed or this particular boots does not adhere to the policy being said on the boots website but will not go back here first he claimed i could only spend half and when i inquired all of a sudden i could not use them at all for a purchase higher than the points balance. i had a fairly negative experience before at this boots with the same employee and a female employee so this will be my final time going here. shame as this boots has a fantastic variety and range of products and is closest to me.
Me and my friend came here hoping to find a present for my sister and some makeup for my dance show. We asked for a foundation sample at Estee Lauder and the woman said that I was too young for foundation, and unwillingly gave me a sample. We then started to look at the Benifit brow pencils as my sister really liked them and then the no7 lady and Este Lauder lady started giving us dirty looks and kept walking past us to look at us and glare at us. We felt really unwelcome so left. We do not advise going to this shop.
