after having our various computers repaired by them over the years, they helped us get a new computer customised to our needs and moved all our information over from our old computers to our new one. Very friendly service and helped with the aftercare when we got home
Very unhelpful.. This shop certainly won't be getting any of the few thousand pounds I was hoping to spend on upgrading an older gaming PC.. I'll take my business elsewhere thanks.. What a rude idiot.. Got the impression this shop is for experts only, the guy wasn't interested in taking the time to explain anything to a newcomer to the hobby of PC building...
Customer service is great but prices are way too high. If you can wait do it. Other stores online is cheaper even woth delievery.Also for a tech store they don't even have an inventory list on their site.
I bought a 8 pin cable adapter from them. they charged me 8.99 i checked on the internet they are 1.10 highest price. The time before i bought a solid state drive for 100 when i came to pay he said this is without the VAT add added the Vat ontop
Dropped my PC to 3 components on a Friday at 3pm. There estimated time is Monday afternoon. Do not let this deter you from the store they have great service and the outcome is wonderful. I feel I was low priority as I did not purchase the parts from there store.
