Popped in yesterday for some fins for my ear buds, I have to say the chap who helped me with my purchase went out of his way too assist me. I spent a mere 9 yet I was treated as if I was spending 9000.
Absolutely love going into this showroom - it's like a shrine to gorgeous design and technology! The range of products on display are amazing and the cinema room just blows your mind away. Be warned though, B&O is like an addiction - you buy one then you want them all! The staff always go above and beyond the call of duty to provide us with top notch customer service - despite whatever outrageous demands we make of them (sorry!) They make us feel like they value our business - which is pretty rare these days! Thank you x
Dropped into the brand new Wilmslow store recently and found it to be fantastic. They've done a great job with the new shop, the staff were fantastic & welcoming, as well as very knowledgeable and helpful with our requirements. Our purchase is now fully installed & superb, it wasn't our first and it certainly won't be our last.. We cannot recommend these guys enough. Excellent.
