Store is okay, but less appealing after refurbishment. Some staff more interested in talking to each other. Fundamentally, a snobbish, nouveau riche store for footballers and the Cheshire set. 'Restaurant' is very disappointing.
So nice and the restaurant clean ,bright and so helpful staff.
Old school department store selling high-end goods. Not all super expensive-there are plenty of lovely and reasonably priced gifts. Good luxury cosmetics department and great cafe with home made cakes and lunches. Some of the staff I encountered could have been a little less aloof and haughty but that might just have been the Christmas department. All in all a pleasant shop.
Always nice for a visit. Improved cafe. Take a full wallet/ purse though or be ready to flex the plastic. Great for perfumes etc.
Had a lovely shopping experience. A lovely girl called Lucy served me and was extremely helpful. Also had a very nice lunch in their caf - noticed they also did Afternoon Tea for one at 10.95! You don't see that very often.
