The worst car buying experience, poor response times, salesman didnt know how much the road tax was, car delivered with no document pack or assistance card, no discussion on the guarantees or warranties or options, GAP insurance emailed with no prior discussion, then email follow to request 10/10 on the porsche survey. No where near the standard expected or received from other porsche centres.
The reception, parts and service staff have always been the epitome of hospitality towards myself and my transaxle Porsches. Bravo!
