Yet again the fabulous team at 02 Wilmslow solve another problem with special mention to Kim the 02 Guru based there, that solved a glich on the 02 app that even customer services couldnt!!!!Kim is the most talented technical guru ive ever witnessed against all her competitors ive dealt with in last ten years.Just signed up for anotjer 12month contract.Keep up the great work guys!
My partner gets his phones and accessories here. The staff are very friendly, make a habit of remembering you and make good suggestions. The prices are competitive and the range of stock reflects current trends.They also buy back phones. Overall I'd highly recommend them even though I'm actually with Vodafone
I am amazed by the gross ineptitude of the staff in this shop. I doubt a company could achieve through malice what they achieve through indifference and laziness.
