UnreliableOver Christmas I had an unfortunate experience with M&G parking. We called them 30 min before arrival as stated on on the agreement. However when we arrived there were no one to great us and when we calle we were asked to wait for 10 min at a hotel parking lot - with charged parking! Nothing happened for 15 min, and we called again. Same answer, wait for and additional 10 min. Still nothing. Calling again. Every time they had not control over who, were or what car we were calling about, and asked the same questions several times in the same call. After 40 min and 4 calls, we were very worried about catching our flight and after a heated call someone finally turned up. However now we were worried what car we would get back.Not the start you want on our Christmas holiday. Coming back, we called when we had our luggage. We were told to wait 15 min. After 40 min we finally had our car back. an extremely untrustworthy company.
