We have a door that couldnt be opened from the outside even though it wasnt locked because it had a key on the inside. I called Mark and he said it could be opened through the letterbox if I could get to the handle. I tried with a coat hanger but couldnt apply enough pressure so he came straight round and did it in 10 seconds using a special tool and without charging a fortune to change the lock. Would definitely recommend.
