Amazing experience!! We had a 5 hour flight delay when we went to Europe last summer and I heard about possibly getting compensation. All I did was confirm which flight my husband and I were on and they did the rest! It was such a simple process on our part and my husband and we each got $415! For doing absolutely nothing but typing in a few details about our flight!
Spoke to a lovely member of staff today who was very helpful called dawn. Allthough they couldnt help with my enquiery, its not the usual quick call like you get from other law firms, she pointed me in the right direction. I would defo recommend these if they can hell as they engage professionally with potential clients.
When contacting the Airline direct we found out that this company were processing a claim on behalf of my father-in-law. However they have no agreement in place between themselves and the 'claimant' and no correspondence has ever been received. I've no doubt they would have been happy to keep any monies recovered though . . .

Got me 400 euros compensation (which, after fees and exchange rate translated to around 220, which Im happy with as that was the original price of the flight!).Fees (as above) are relatively high but without them Id have got nothing, emails and phone calls querying my delay to the airline got me nowhere and was eventually told we consider this case closed. Submitted my claim maybe 3 months ago and got paid today so not a bad time frame considering.Worth doing - but I would always email the airline yourself first, as obviously you get more that way if they agree to pay out!
