Avoid using this company at all costs, they have been absolutely useless from start to finish!! They were instructed on my behalf by my insurance company following a non fault accident. I had to keep chasing them for updates, they were very unhelpful, blamed the delay on the third parties insurance company and kept saying we will chase it up in a few days. In the end I contacted the third parties insurance company and dealt with them direct, it soon became evident that QDOS hadn't even sent over the correct paperwork and in fact they where holding everything up. The matter was resolved very quickly once QDOS were not involved.
I would not recommend this company, they call themselves assistance but you will find that you will be doing the leg work, they basically just farm everything out to a third party. Not a true assistance company.
