Extremely pleased as always with the professional and yet considerate approach to patient diagnosis and consultancy provided by the doctors at the clinic. Only criticism (hence the 4/5) is the phone service for booking appointments: phone line availability does not align with online opening hours and automated booking service has some bugs.
Every time I have visited Dr Ahmed he has been amazing. He listens to what I say and swiftly takes the appropriate action. He is a lovely Dr and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him.
I was afforded an appointment quickly by Reception, the GP was attentive and processed the necessary referrals immediately whilst providing me with thorough verbal explanation throughout the consultation. I left with confidence and trust in the practice.

The surgery has made an effort to resolve a complaint I made about the low standard of care. I made an appointment for an ECG and upon arrival, there was no appointment made. This was resolved and I was reassured by the manager that they had made an effort to ensure this wouldnt happen again.I am trying to contact the surgery via telephone this morning (Saturday) and even though their website and google both state they open at 8:45am, their telephone lines are off and an automatic service of the surgery is closed comes on.This has happened on more than one occasion, when I have rang in the afternoon and their website states it is open till 6:30pm, they were closed, again.Incorrect opening times, lack of coherence when booking appointments and by the looks of other reviews, an inadequate level of care.I am left with no option but to leave the surgery and I will be making a complaint about this. There are others, who require a lot more support from the doctors surgery. Including the elderly, and I am very concerned for them. If I am finding it this difficult to get through.
