A great timber yard and builders merchant.They are always polite and helpful, particularly Mike in the yard/saw workshops who is a credit to the business - always welcoming and very efficient.He helped me out with some small timber wedges I needed for one of our projects - done in no time!Pricing:People that think the prices are high must factor in the cost of business rates etc. in Wilmslow, where it would appear it is convenient to shop.For all we know, these guys may well be making less profit than places in areas where the rates are substantially lower.A business has to operate profitably. If you have seen a cheaper price in an area with cheaper running costs, by the time you have driven there and back, and calculated the fuel cost...It's great to have a good local builders merchant that is both friendly and very efficient. Taking into account the locality and the service received, I actually think that the prices are very fair.It would be greatly missed if not there.

Bought Geberit fill and flush valves plus flexible pan connector 89.98 total. It must be the most expensive place in the UK. If you look at the top end of any suppliers it would be 73.00 maximum.
Ordered 2 bespoke radiators and they were more than knowledgeable and helpful, service was second to none and timeframe was exactly as discussed. Would happily use them again and refer to friends and family. Independent business with better service than B&Q etc....
