They demanded full payment before installation which they dont tell you upon ordering.......... My big mistake to start with. Do not pay them until the jobs complete, as they have the worst after service Ive ever experience. July 2017 my childs Wardrobes were fitted with wrong handles, wrong doors, and lights not working. I wrote, rang and emailed, RANG and RANG and EMAILED and EMAILED them oh and I went into the showroom CHASING and CHASING but got no where for 6 months. Just fobbed off and lied too. Then I wrote giving them one last chance to resolve otherwise I would pass matters to my SOLICITOR. The owner Michael did respond finally and he chased Katie and instructed her to resolve. January 2018 I collected the right handles and fitted them myself!! and they gave me a cheap and nasty light kit which I binned and purchased my own quality set as my lad had suffered enough with no lights during the dark winter months. STILL waiting for the doors to be changed but I wont hold my breath. Best bet is just AVOID THEM as there complete amatures with no interest once they have your money. LIE after LIE, EXCUSE after EXCUSE, simply they just dont care, the owner is never in, uncontactable and never returns calls and the one time I caught him in the showroom he was so disinterested, and like a wet blanket with no confidence whatsoever to even want to resolve the problems. Its now 12 months and im still waiting, it will just be cheaper and quicker to rip out the doors, dump them on there showroom doorstep and replace them myself. Moral of the story is NEVER PAY IN FULL until your happy with everything. Oh and use somebody other than LINK DESIGN. Word on the grapevine is theres a few unhappy soles out there that have used them and still trying to get problems sorted but just get the brush off or ignored! They do seem very good at doing that so you do get 5 gold stars from me for that!!!!!

The journey was painless and hassle free. Showroom was so welcoming, designers helped to design and advise on which style of kitchen would suit our requirements. Cost was very reasonable, they kept to our brief and explained and guided us through the process. Very pleased, Well done!
