You always find what you are looking for in this place
Good size, I am always happy here. Staff are helpful and not crowded as in City centre and Trafford Centre.
This cafe is overpriced and has a very Rude and unhelpful man serving hot drinks. If he wants to scowl at customers with pursed lips perhaps he requires employment elsewhere?No real glasses or ice for cold drinks, if you want over 2 for a bottle of coke, this is the least I would expect, not s cheap plastic cup that has been through the dishwasher a hundred times.

They need to work on customer service!They overcharged me for my shopping - a careless mistake, (charging twice for a more expensive shirt whilst missing a cheaper one) but that's not why I've rated them poorly. What got me was Customer Services when I went back to the store to get a refund for the difference. I was treated to an unsmiling, methodical checking of the receipt and refund of my money without any hint of apology or regret for the mistake or the extra time and hassle this had caused me. When I suggested some sort of apology might be appropriate, the initial reaction was a version of the classic "It wasn't me that did it!", quickly modified to "Of course we apologise", possibly prompted by the incredulous look on my face. I guess Christmas is not the season of good cheer in Customer Services ...
