I trust the main practice dentist. She prevented my previous dentist at this surgery ( 5 years ago and well gone), going a head with a treatment he had recomended, which was basically to line his pocket as it would not have fixed my issue and he had lied about the cost of the treatment i shold have had, making his option more appealing. Took me on herself and i cannot fault my treatment since. High-quality treatment and advice.
Don't want to waste time but I am so angry and wants the clinic management to clear up the thing among the staff. 2 appoints were booked back to back and got a call that due to an emergency they have to move the time,in less than 10 mins called back to confirmed but was told that has changed now to even later time. On arrival came to know only 1 person can be seen. So all that stress caused to get to the clinic in office time, going with 2 small kids and rearranging time off from work for nothing. I hope it gets better soon.All the best!!!
Always excellent service, very helpful and skilled dentist - discusses all treatment options and costing options with you before any decisions are made - brilliant with our young children as well as us and would highly recommend :-)
Very poor service from the practice as a whole except hygienist. Last visit which caused me to transfer to another practice:1. Reception staff gossiping about another member of the staff in waiting room for all to hear.2. On walking in to the dentist's room was grated with "who booked him in"3. Dentist was short tempered and not listening to me when I explained my issue - she was borderline argumentative.Not the kind of service I expect from a professional dentist practice. Transferred promptly away after this last experience.
Really poor service (changing, camcelling and late appointments). Different dentist every 12 months so no continuaty of care
