Absolutely appalling - I chose and paid for my tiles, plus extra for delivery today. They just haven't bothered to deliver the tiles, which is my problem, despite my tiler coming tomorrow. Jodie Lamb took my order and screwed it up in every conceivable way - then told me I was getting lots of deliveries, so hadn't really taken the day off work. Market themselves as an upmarket tiler, however they have VERY downmarket service. Avoid.
