My personal experience is that you avoid this place at all costs. I took my car here for an annual MOT and Service - 05/05/18 - picked up my car when it was ready a few hours later but within 24hrs of having my car it was towed back to the garage by RAC who told me the vehicle was dangerous to drive and would be extremely lucky if their was no damage caused to the engine. The garage had not put the sump cap back on the oil filter - it was completely empty, as a consequence the car had oil splashed under the bonnet and underneath the vehicle. Wilmslow tyres said they would wash it all down and refil the oil. A few hours later I had a call to pick my car up as it was good to go! Apparently not, as when driving the car away I herd an unusual sound, was worried so headed back to the garage, they took it for another test drive (as apparently when they took it earlier for the test drive they didnt here anything!!). I was then informed that it needed a new turbo the turbo - DUE TO LACK OF OIL. Annoyed to say the least, even though they said they would cover the cost, I asked for a courtesy car as I had no means of getting home or work the next day, their response was they didnt offer a courtesy car service. I waited 2hours for one of the mechanics to finish work and give me a lift home, I insisted that they provide a vehicle for me whilst my car was being repaired which they had no choice but to do in the end. Relieved to get my car back 5 days later. I thought this was the last of it only to find out this week that the turbo they fitted was NOT FITTED PROPERLY as the exhaust had come away from the turbo pipe through friction which cost me a few hundred pounds to put right - needless to say by a different garage as I surprise surprise did not trust Wilmslow Tyres to do the job.
