Polite and friendly staff, very cozy and comfortable with nice hot drinks. Not so many options on snacks and they should really step up their quality of their cakes. Loved the Cortado though and would definitely recommend the hot drinks.

Love independent cafe's and I applied for a job here so wanted to try it out. Worst service I've had in a long time. Literally no acknowledgement (not even eye contact) when walking in the cafe, ordering food or them bringing the food/drinks to the table. It felt like no one wanted to be there and the young girl was just straight up rude. Can't remember what the food was like just wanted to leave to be honestservice is key for me so that's why I'm putting the 1 star
Came in with my partner about 20 mins ago, stood at an unattended till for 5 minutes, when someone came out (young girl) she glanced at us and looked down, we asked her if we should take a seat, without even acknowledging us with some eye contact she responded with yeah.....now feeling awkward we asked if we come back to order or is there table service, again without even looking all she said is yeah (not yeah sit down or yeah well come to you, just yeah) so we decided to take a seat and try and just enjoy the food, strangely enough the same girl sat behind us (perhaps we disturbed her break) once we decided what to order we approached the counter and spoke to a lady who also didnt seem interested, Just no effort at all, no help she just stood there staring at us and tapping the till, no connection or drive towards the customer, the guy who brought our drinks to the table didnt really say a lot and I would still vote him as the most approachable and professional member of staff, the food was mediocre for a 4.50 toastie and bagel so all in all 2/5
Lovely full breakfast. Poached eggs were perfect for me. Not too hard not too soft.
